About Us

Bright Enriched Empowerment Programme  (B.E.E.P) was founded in March 2003 as a civil society organization to assist the community to act locally and think globally. The organization was later incorporated into the Non-Governmental board as an active organization. Since its inception, the organization has been an innovation and pioneer of participatory development methodologies through credit revolving schemes and training,

Who We Are

Company Profile

Most of the organization partners, Community Based Organisations, women/men groups, youth groups have been confronted with a demand for income-generating activities in their communities. Many of the problems that the groups are faced with are directly related to lack of (family) income. An economic base is also important for the sustainability of community development initiatives.

The growing experience and expertise of BEEP and its partner organizations in the field of resource mobilization and utilization are quite unique. BEEP performs a pioneer and facilitating role in trying to improve the economic position of the most disadvantaged communities with a number of positive results so far. BEEP supports the small-scale initiative which gives the individual and group members an opportunity to add a little to their family budget. BEEP offers credit and training to the affiliate groups who are willing to take risks and responsibilities and who have a good plan, but to whom the doors of micro-finance and banks are closed.
